New options make it even easier to participate in the Leadership Program!

Individual coaching call with trainers
Anyone who joins the Leadership Program will have the opportunity to have a one-on-one coaching call with Roxy or François on any aspect of NVC Leadership. Get the focused support you need to realize your vision.

June retreat: you're welcome to bring your kids!
For those of you who are challenged being away from your children for so long, or who want to have their children experience an NVC environment, we’re offering a children’s program, led by trainers experienced with NVC family camps, during the June retreat. NVC community, swimming, animals to feed, and nature – a winning combination!

3 retreats are more than you can handle?
As long as you join the first retreat in January, it is now possible for you to stay connected to the program even if you need to miss one of the other retreats. Of course our vast preference is still to have people attend all three retreats, to support depth of learning and connection to the community.

8-days retreats are longer than you can attend?
It is now possible to miss a few days of a retreat if it enables you to meet other commitments such as work. Contact us to discuss your specific circumstance so we can figure out together what might support all your goals.

For east coasters
If you live on the East Coast and costs are an issue for you, you can attend the New York Intensive instead of the June retreat. You will save travel expenses to the West Coast, receive special discount registration for the NYI, and still maintain connection to the LP community since Roxy Manning will also be a trainer at the NYI and several LP graduates attend the NYI each year. Roxy will offer special sessions at the NYI for LPers at the intensive.

For people outside North America
For the first time, The Leadership Program will include people from outside North America who are not able to join any retreats by offering them a "visitor" status. The Visitor Status will allow them to participate in the teleclasses, have an empathy buddy in the Program, receive quarterly calls from program assistants, receive all the Program's materials, and have a one-on-one coaching call with one of the Program Trainers. We hope this will be especially supportive to those who come from countries where it is difficult to get a visa to come to the US, an insurmountable barrier for several applicants each year.

"After participating in LP11 I am more confident and hopeful than ever that a non-violent world is possible right here and now - because I have been living in this world during my year in LP11. If you want to know how it would be like to live in such world, and what do you need to learn in order to make it happen - this is your program." - Aya Caspi, Israel and US, LP11
